How can I attend a class? 

A: You must download MINDBODY APP and create an account. Search for STEPS REVOLUTION and our schedule will appear immediately. You must book your class in order to attend and save a spot. 

What is the cancellation policy? 

A: you must cancel your class 4 hours prior to avoid loosing class credit. 

Where can I check your schedule?

A: you can check our weekly schedule in Mindbody app under steps revolution. Every Friday we refresh the schedule and add next week’s classes. 

I don’t dance!! Can I attend this classes? 

A: Aside from dance classes, we offer a variety of sculpt classes perfect for “non-dancers”. 

That being said, DANCE IS FOR EVERYONE and anyone CAN dance!  Get out of your comfort zone, be consistent and YOU WILL MAKE IT! 

What is the difference between Dancefit and sweaty happy hour? 

DANCEFIT is our signature class and its cardio portion of class consists of  ALREADY CHOREOGRAPHED dances (little by little you will become A PRO at this dances), while sweaty happy hour we use the “adding  on” method to break up the dance.

What is the difference between TONE AND POWER HOUSE? 

Tone we use a  low resistance-high reps method and we work every muscle to exhaustion. POWER HOUSE is set in circuits and we use heavier weights. 

Do class packs expire? 

A: Yes, all class packs expire in 30 days

How often should I do this program to see results? 

A: to see results we recommend 60 minute workouts at least 5 days a week. We recommend to vary your workouts between dance and tone. Our personal recommendation is 3 days dance cardio 2 days tone/sculpt. 

What kind of footwear should I wear in class? 

A: We recommend wearing well supported sneakers to all our classes.

Can I join this program if I have a health condition or injury? 

This program can be INTENSE, We advise you have full clearance from your doctor or physical therapist ir order to join or continue with your workout routine. 


Can I do this program while pregnant? 

Yes, many of our clients (even our founder/trainer) do our workouts while being pregnant. Please let your trainer know prior class so they can provide proper modifications.
